The Bard’s Broadsheet is the Festival’s exciting, informative year-round electronic newsletter. In fall, winter, and spring, learn about Festival plans for the coming summer. Get behind-the-scenes as play directors’ concepts are developed and design teams are assembled. Be in-the-know on off-season Festival events. Then, in June, July, and August, let your Bard’s Broadsheet give you the pulse of the Festival in-season: rehearsal snapshots, meet-the-guest artists interviews, alerts to special doings in & around the nightly performances. Ticket Teller is the Festival’s lightening-fast way of letting you know of imminent CSF news: exceptional performance offers, reminders of that day’s or that week’s Festival special events, last-minute bargains and treats — as well as changes in scheduling or programming. Ticket Teller rings straight through to the telephone of your choice, providing quick, to-the-point messages — with no solicitations! Hit the Climb aboard! button and check off “Yes!” to Ticket Teller, providing the number of the telephone you’d like the Festival to call.
The Shakesperiodical is the Festival’s twice-yearly paper newsletter, offering comprehensive news of goings-on around CSF. The fall edition (November) is the Festival’s first announcement of the coming season, with a Ticket Order Form for the earliest possible purchase of either subscriptions or single tickets. The spring edition (May) includes the CSF Education Outreach program’s much sought-after dramaturgical digest, Preview, containing in-depth looks at the season’s plays: historical notes, directors’ concepts, production histories.
