Our Mission "To illuminate meaning, expand understanding and deepen appreciation of Shakespeare's texts—through performances, workshops and lectures—providing invigorating, hands-on experience for students, teachers and communities throughout Colorado."
CSF Education offers a variety of programs and services for year-round Shakespeare education as well as summer opportunities to enrich your experience of the Festival.
Our Programs:
July 19-August 7
Term B: July 7-August 8
Is your local area book club reading a play from our season? Invite a CSF dramaturg to liven up the discussion. Participating book club members also receive a discount on our productions.
Experience Shakespeare through performances and workshops—through a new partnership between CSF Education and CU-Boulder's Department of Theater & Dance. Visit the Teacher's Lounge —filled with handy script leads, Teacher Starter Packets, Shakespeare Competition alerts and more!
Suit the word to the action wherever it is found…avail yourself of educational goings-on around this year’s plays–our "Classics 101" and "Director/Designer Discussions" series at the Boulder Public Library, book discussions & book club opportunities off campus and around town.
The plays the thing …. Classes for adults, Camp Shakespeare, picnic, Green Shows, talk with directors & actors and so much more …. get in the swing of a CSF summer.
Life-long learners, students, teachers—let CSF Education help take you into the world of Shakespeare, his plays and the relevancy of his works to the temper and pulse of our own time.
