Lynne Collins

Last year for CSF, Lynne directed All's Well that Ends Well. Since 1990 she has been an Affiliate Artist and resident director with the Foothill Theatre Company in Nevada City, California where she has directed many productions, including Oleanna, The Glass Menagerie, Woody Guthrie's American Song, Dancing at Lughnasa and the world premiere of Sands Hall's Fair Use. She directed All My Sons for The Western Stage in Salinas, California. For the Lake Tahoe and Sierra Shakespeare Festivals she has directed The Merry Wives of Windsor, Twelfth Night, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Much Ado About Nothing and Macbeth. A Midsummer Night's Dream was remounted in a bilingual production, featuring actors from the Maxim Gorky Theatre in Vladivostok, Russia. She studied at the American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco, HB Studio in New York and with Stella Adler. She holds an M.A. from San Francisco State University. (2 seasons)
