Seth Panitch

This season marks Seth’s directing debut with CSF after serving in the acting company for two seasons. Most recently, he directed bi-national productions of his play Alcestis Ascending in Havana, Cuba (Teatro Raquel Revuelta) and Off-Broadway at the Harold Clurman Theatre at Theatre Row. Other productions in Havana with the National Theatre of Cuba (El Consejo Nacional de Artes Escenicas) include The Merchant of Venice, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Beyond Therapy. Recent credits include Hell: Paradise Found at 59E59 Theaters (Off-Broadway), Dammit, Shakespeare! at Urban Stages (Off- Broadway), and Tartuffe at the Texas Shakespeare Festival. Seth directs the MFA and BA acting programs at the University of Alabama, and is a member of the Dramatists Guild of America. (3 seasons)
